Shipping, Refund, & Return

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for customers ordering above $199.99 and more. A shipping surcharge of $100 will be applied to all orders shipped overseas (i.e outside of the U.S.). Please note, free shipping is only applicable for the USA (excluding US territories and Alaska). For the rest of the countries and territories please confirm with us for the extra shipping fee.

Duties, Customers, Taxes, and Surcharges 

International customers will be responsible for custom duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our product prices. Usually, an order value of $700 or less does not incur any duties or taxes. If duties or tax are applicable then the Courier Company will contact you. Please note, the custom invoice which will be attached with your order will be much lower than your online purchase invoice (i.e order value) as it will exclude the shipping, export duties, and handling cost, etc.

Delivery and Time

Your order will be sent via door-to-door courier service (e.g. USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc) which will require a signature to receive the goods sometimes. Therefore, please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Shipments usually take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination. It may take more days for orders to be delivered to small or remote towns or overseas.

Orders and Payments

Orders may be placed online with credit cards through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Stripe. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete this payment method. Your privacy and security are assured through the standard encryption method.

Note, your payment is processed through our parent company account and it can take 3 to 5 days to receive the wire transfer to our account.

Cancellations

Once the order has been dispatched (i.e. pickup by courier company) orders can no longer be canceled.

Products

1. Colors may not display correctly on all computers.

2. Our sales coordinator can help with any pre-purchase details as needed.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered will suit the intended purposes.

Returns

Notify us of any manufacturing defects, damages, or wrong item(s) supplied, within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a replacement to you at no extra cost in your next order. Email us images of “defects/damage” before returning the item(s). You can send the return to our logistic center which is close to you- Pittsburgh, PA, and Columbus, OH. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We will refund you the amount in the currency noted on your card once we receive the returned item. We inspect all returned items and issue the refund only after confirming it. We do not give a refund for unreturned items. Note, insignificant manufacturing imperfections are not defects as many of the processes are done by hand.

Damaged Items

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, please do verify the quality and quantity of the item with the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Because we can pursue the matter with the courier company for refund. Once the courier has approved and paid the claim to us, we will forward the applicable amount to you.

Stock and Inventory

Generally, all items listed on the website are in-stock items, however, should there be any instance that we run out of the merchandise you ordered, due to delay in site updates or others (e.g. you order more what is in stock, etc). We will notify you promptly, you can either replace them with other similar items or we can issue you a full refund for the out-of-the-stock item(s).
